Please bring all the glasses you currently use, including optical and prescription sunglasses, as well as any contact lenses you wear. This helps our optometrists better understand how you see day to day so they can more accurately assess your vision and provide the help you need.

If available, please also bring a copy of your most recent prescription, any previous referrals or reports from your ophthalmologist, and your Medicare, private health insurance, or pension card if applicable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at our practice, please call us on 9551 4244 so we can arrange a more suitable time. We understand that life happens, and we greatly appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice, as this helps us offer the appointment to other patients who need their eyes checked.
